Real Estate Agent Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Skylight Technologies, Inc. ("Skylight," "we," "us," or "our") offers a rewards program ("Program") to real estate agents who complete lease transactions through our platform. This page outlines the terms and conditions governing the Program.

Earning Rewards

Agents can earn one-time rewards upon reaching specific lease transaction milestones:

1. $25 reward upon completing one (1) lease
2. $100 reward upon completing five (5) leases
3. $250 reward upon completing fifteen (15) leases
4. $375 reward upon completing thirty (30) leases
5. $500 reward upon completing fifty (50) leases
6. $625 reward upon completing seventy-five (75) leases
7. $750 reward upon completing one-hundred (100) leases

Reward Qualification and Payment

A lease transaction qualifies toward reward thresholds when Skylight receives the full commission payment for that lease. Upon reaching a reward milestone, the corresponding reward becomes payable after verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms. All rewards will be delivered in the form of virtual Visa gift cards sent to the email address associated with the agent's Skylight account. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate email contact information in their Skylight account to ensure delivery of rewards. Skylight assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unredeemed rewards, or for any unauthorized access to or use of rewards once delivered to the agent's email address.

Program Terms and Modifications

Skylight reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Program terms, including reward amounts and qualifying thresholds; suspend, cancel, or terminate the Program at any time; withhold or cancel any rewards; determine eligibility for participation; and interpret and apply these terms and conditions. All rewards are offered at Skylight's discretion and subject to verification.

We may modify or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of Program termination, we may, at our sole discretion, honor or cancel any pending rewards.

Eligibility

Participants must be licensed real estate agents who are in good standing and in full compliance with Skylight's Agent Terms. Skylight reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Any violation of Skylight's Agent Terms or Terms of Use may result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

Additional Terms

Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value except when redeemed in accordance with these terms. The Program is void where prohibited by law. All tax liability arising from earning rewards is the sole responsibility of the participant. These terms supersede all prior versions and communications regarding the Program.
