Agent Code of Conduct

1. Agent shall be present in person and arrive alone or with a person authorized by Skylight for a scheduled property showing for Skylight.

2. Agent shall be dressed in business formals or professional attire at all times while representing Skylight.

3. Agent shall not authorize or enable a third party to access any leasing property for any reason.

4. Agent shall leave the leasing property as they found it (i.e. shut off lights, water taps, close drawers)

5. Agent shall keep property access details confidential (for example, lockbox code, property access code)
